Santa Clara, California – July 16, 2019 – Gigamon Inc. ("Gigamon"), the leading network visibility provider for the digital enterprise, announced today that CRN, a brand of The Channel Company, has named Michelle Hodges, Vice President of Worldwide Partners and Alliances, and Larissa Crandall, Directors of the Americas Channel, to its prestigious 2019 Women of the Channel list. CRN editors compile the comprehensive list of applicants and select the final honorees based on their professional accomplishments, demonstrated expertise and ongoing dedication to the IT channel. Each is recognized for her contributions to channel advocacy, channel growth and visionary leadership.
Hodges has over 20 years of experience assisting leading vendors in designing, building and managing channel sales teams at companies such as Microsoft, Business Objects and SAP. In addition to her recognition as one of the 700 outstanding females honored in the 2019 Women of the Channel, Hodges was also recognized as one of the select exceptional executives in CRN’s Most Powerful Women of The Channel 2019: Power 100 list.
At Gigamon, Hodges relaunched the company’s Catalyst Channel Program to be performance and value-focused for the partner community. As a result, Hodges and her team have delivered a 20 percent pipeline creation via the channel program and is on track to deliver 20 percent in incremental channel revenue. Hodges also leads the Technology & Eco-System Alliances program which enables a vibrant and complimentary eco-system of technology partners to deliver best in class solutions.
Working alongside Hodges is Crandall, a successful channel sales executive in the high-tech industry with over 20 years of experience transforming global partner ecosystems. Crandall started her career at Connection, holding various leadership positions in the commercial, education and government divisions. At Gigamon, Crandall is focused on partner alignment with sales and technical teams, ensuring partners are supported with the proper training and technical certifications needed to grow their security, network, cloud and business practices.
“As Michelle and Larissa lead our transition to a channel-first company, we are fortunate to benefit from their leadership and ongoing dedication to the channel,” said Paul Hooper, Gigamon CEO. “We are excited to see them recognized by CRN for the experience and leadership that helped position our Catalyst Channel Program for both immediate returns and long-term success.”
